APC provides Professional membership for all professional counselors. APC considers you to be a professional counselor if you identify yourself as one of the following types of counselors:
• School counselors
• Mental Health counselors
• Clinical counselors
• Community counselors
• Couple and family counselors
• College counselors
• Career counselors
• Pastoral counselors
• Rehabilitation counselors
Counselor Educators are also eligible for professional membership, regardless of whether you are from a CACREP, MPCAC, CORE or regionally accredited counseling training program.
